Additionally, for activities related to Machu Picchu, reserving early ensures we can secure your entry to the citadel. Machu Picchu often sells out far in advance, so it would be unfortunate to miss out on experiencing this mystical place.

What is the reason for requiring full payment?
The reason for requiring full payment upfront is to reserve suppliers, transportation, and tickets in advance, ensuring availability for your chosen tour date. In the event of cancellation due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances, rest assured that a refund will be promptly issued.
Is travel insurance required?
Mandatory for every traveler entering Peru, the travel insurance is crucial for ensuring a safe and secure journey for everyone involved. If you do not have travel insurance, it is your own responsibility, and we strongly advise considering obtaining it for your peace of mind.
After Booking
How can I view the details of my booking?
Upon completing your booking, you will receive a confirmation email. This email will contain a “Manage my Booking” button, which allows you to access all the summarized information regarding your tour and payment.
I want to cancel my booking, how can I do this?
If you wish to cancel your booking, you can do so by yourself through the email you received. Simply click on “Manage my booking” and select “Cancel my reservation.”
Alternatively, you can contact us directly, and we will handle the cancellation for you.
It’s important to note that cancellation policies vary for each excursion, so please review the specific cancellation terms for your tour.
What items should I bring for my excursions?
For your excursions, you can find the recommended items to bring in the description of each tour for more detailed information.
As a general rule, it’s advisable to bring snacks, water, identification, insect repellent, and sunscreen.
How I have the information of the exact meeting point and the contact of our guide?
We’ll provide you with this information the day before your tour, typically around 8 pm, once we’ve finalized all reservations and scheduled our guides.
For multi-day excursions or those near Machu Picchu, you can expect to receive the details a few days in advance.
During Your Trip
What if the tour doesn’t show up or arrives late?
Occasionally, transportation delays may occur due to factors such as late arrival of other participants before your pickup.
Our utmost priority is to ensure that all customers are accommodated properly.
However, we kindly ask for your flexibility and understanding that any waiting time resulting from the late arrival of previous guests may affect the timing of subsequent Pick-up time. In the event of the tour not appearing or experiencing delays contact your guide to get more information and thus remain reassured.
Do you accommodate special dietary needs?
Please inform us of any food requirements or allergies at the time of booking, and we will relay this information to your tour leader While we strive to accommodate all dietary requirements, please note that in some remote locations, it may be challenging to guarantee specific dietary needs. Additionally, it’s advisable to carry a card with your dietary requirements written in the local language for instances when you dine outside the group.
Do your guides speak English?
Many of our tours feature bilingual guides, ensuring an enjoyable experience for English-speaking guests.
However, please note that some tours may only have Spanish-speaking guides.
Detailed information regarding the language of the guides is provided on each excursion’s description.
Remember, being in Peru, embracing the language difference adds to the immersion experience!
