Reservations and Payments

All reservations require full prepayment to secure your place.

Travel and Accident Insurance

Customers must have personal travel insurance. IZI PERU does not cover accidents or incidents that occur during activities.

The customer acknowledges that certain activities may involve risks related to transportation, extreme sports, or outdoor activities, and agrees to assume full responsibility for any damage or injury resulting from these activities, thereby releasing our company from any liability.

Complaints and Claims

Customers have 48 hours after the service to submit any complaints or claims.

Customer Rights and Obligations

Customers are expected to adhere to the rules of conduct and safety communicated by IZI PERU and its guides. Respect for other participants and locations is mandatory.

Customers are required to provide a valid email and/or WhatsApp contact information and to be ready at the specified departure time for their tour.

Miscellaneous Provisions

IZI PERÚIZI PERU reserves the right to use images taken during tours for marketing purposes, unless a written objection is received from the customer.
