Cancellations and Modifications

Cancellation and modification policies are detailed on each tour page.

Any reservation made with a reduced rate or promotion cannot be canceled. Only a date change is permitted, subject to availability. In case of a date change, if the tour includes the advance purchase of tickets, any expenses related to issuing new tickets for the new date will be the sole responsibility of the customer.

Cancellations and Modifications: Flexible Policy

For reservations with the ‘Flexible Policy’: Date changes are free up to 3 days before departure.

In case of cancellation, 90% of the amount will be refunded up to 3 days before departure.

After 3 days before departure, no changes or cancellations will be possible, and the reservation will be charged in full.

Cancellations and Modifications: Strict Policy

For bookings with the ‘Strict Policy’: For certain tours where advance booking is mandatory for ticket reservations, changes and cancellations are not permitted.

Cancellations and Modifications by IZI PERU

In the event of force majeure that prevents the tour from taking place, IZI PERU will provide a full refund to affected customers.
